BPC Community Group Member
Terry Mowatt is a community Outreach Advocate and Black Prisoners' caucusCommunity Group member. Terry is a dedicated BPCCG member while working alongside other community organizers to plan, hold and host community events to shine a spotlight on the needs of black individuals. Terry provides encouragement and support to individuals who are reintegrating back into our greater community by building relationships and partnerships with local agency networks and groups, to best resource individuals during their reintegration with their family, friends and greater community.
